============= HOW ITS MADE =================
We have in house designers and a CNC machine located in our shop. We design and cut everything in our little shop on Main Street, Lafleche SK, Canada! After the metal is cut it gets sanded down to produce a nice smooth finish. We either clear coat it or prime and paint it depending on each order. The wood is planed down and sanded to give it that professional smooth look. We seal it with a professional oil stain.
We use real natural pine for all our wood pieces! It is an affordable way to create a nice product. With Pine it could have some curving as it dries, so please be aware! (It still looks nice but it is something to think about). If you would like a perfectly square wood piece we can use hardwood, however the price will be very expensive. Please Direct Message me for a quote and thank you!
All our wood pieces are planed down, sanded and sealed with a professional stain. if you would like to add two coats of polyurethane for extra protection for an additional $10CAN than message me :)
============= CARE INSTRUCTIONS ============
Our products can be easily washed with soap and water, or just dusted with a damp cloth. Although we make our products with real wood and steel, they can still chip and scratch if roughly handled, so please handle with care!
